Job Summary
Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts ranging from simple to more complex, collaborating with auction teams and various stakeholders. Delivers exceptional customer service addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition and discrepancies, coordinates sale vehicle run processes, maintains communication with auction departments to ensure inventory movement and timely reconditioning, and builds relationships with clients. Conducts condition reports and imaging audits to reduce risk, provides reconditioning estimates to improve vehicle value, educates clients on auction processes, and may upsell Manheim/CAI products and services based on client needs. Demonstrates proficiency with vehicle inspection data, adheres to safety standards, and supports documentation and compliance with PII policies and internal guidelines. Requires a balance of outside field activity (70%) and in-office administrative work (30%), with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years’ experience in a related field
- OR 5 years’ experience in a related field
- Any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED
