Account Operations Manager

Job Summary
Account Operations Manager to support one of the agency's largest accounts, acting as the operational backbone across governance, compliance, SLA coordination, and asset/deliverables coordination for 350+ projects/year with 20+ active projects and multiple tier-one campaigns. Responsible for tracking, reporting, and ensuring timely delivery across influencer, production, digital, and account functions; triage deliverables in daily scrum, escalate risks, maintain asset/version control, and enable cross-functional teams to meet client expectations. Requires highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive workflow optimization and the ability to translate operational complexity into clear updates for account leads and clients.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in an agency or digital marketing services, creating and leading operations process or traffic/project management capacity
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume, complex and concurrent project portfolios
- Familiarity with regulated, compliance-heavy client environments and governance deliverables
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Workfront)
- Proven ability to build and manage multiple timelines, trackers, and recurring deliverables
- Experience supporting or working alongside senior account, creative, production, and strategy teams
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and process-driven with strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for updates to account leads and clients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities
