Job Summary
Account Officer for Salary Loans Group responsible for achieving loan volume targets with sound credit quality and strong customer service. Generate quality Salary Loan accounts, meet sales quotas, and establish/maintain relationships with DepEd School Principals, Teachers, and Employees. Identify potential clients for production-related activities and serve as liaison with other units to resolve inquiries and service issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course
- Direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills)
- At least 3 years of work experience in the related field
- Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products
