Job Summary
Account Officer 1 responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability and sound credit quality in microfinance. Responsibilities include actively soliciting microfinance loan accounts, analyzing applicant qualifications for loan feasibility, initiating credit and collection activities, coordinating with concerned officers for processing and servicing loan applications, ensuring adherence to bank policies, executing sales/marketing activities to meet volume targets, handling client inquiries, reviewing loan files and documents to ensure credit processing and loan booking adequacy, and performing other assigned duties. Requires a four-year degree, strong selling, communication and customer service skills, basic mathematical knowledge, high integrity, computer skills (word processing & spreadsheets), and preferred fieldwork/sales experience in microfinance; motorcycle driving is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year degree course
- Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills
- Must have basic mathematical knowledge
- With high integrity
- Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets
- With fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance, an advantage
- Preferably can drive a motorcycle
