Job Summary
Account Officer 1 with microfinance focus responsible for soliciting loan accounts, evaluating loan applicants, initiating credit and collection activities, coordinating with units handling processing/servicing, ensuring adherence to bank policies, executing sales/marketing activities to meet volume targets, addressing client inquiries, reviewing loan files and agreements for credit processing, and performing additional duties as assigned. Requires a 4-year degree, strong selling and customer-service skills, math proficiency, integrity, and familiarity with MS Word/Excel; fieldwork in microfinance is advantageous; motorcycle driving preferred. #LI-EM1
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year degree course
- Good selling, communication and customer service skills
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- Fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance is an advantage
- Ability to drive a motorcycle (preferred)
- Familiarity with computer software including word processing and spreadsheets
