Job Summary
Account Officer 1 responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality and good customer service. Responsibilities include soliciting microfinance loan accounts, analyzing applicants' qualifications for loan feasibility, initiating credit and collection activities, coordinating with relevant units, ensuring adherence to bank policies, executing sales/marketing activities to hit targets, handling client inquiries, reviewing loan documents for credit processing, and performing other assigned tasks. Required: graduate with a 4-year degree, strong selling, communication and customer service skills, basic math, integrity, computer skills (word processing & spreadsheets); fieldwork and microfinance sales experience preferred; motorcycle driving preferred; willingness to be stationed in Laoag, Ilocos Norte.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year degree course
- Good selling, communication and customer service skills
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- High integrity
- Familiar with word processing & spreadsheets
- Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance is an advantage
- Willingness to drive a motorcycle
- Willing to be assigned in Laoag, Ilocos Norte area
