Job Summary
Achieve loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and good customer service. Leverage strong selling, communication, and customer service skills to drive fieldwork and sales experience in microfinance. Utilize basic mathematical knowledge and computer software proficiency, including word processing and spreadsheets, to manage daily operations. Drive a motorcycle as needed for field assignments. This role requires a graduate with high integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year degree course
- Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills
- Must have basic mathematical knowledge
- With high integrity
- With fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance
- Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets
- Preferably can drive a motorcycle
