Job Summary
Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises: responsible for actively soliciting microfinance loan accounts to meet business needs, analyzing loan applicants to determine feasibility, initiating credit and collection activities to maintain credit quality, coordinating with officers and other units for processing and servicing loan applications, reviewing/updating loan files to ensure credit processing and loan booking adequacy, and executing sales/marketing activities to achieve loan volume targets. Requires a Bachelor's degree, strong selling, communication and customer service skills, basic mathematical knowledge, and familiarity with word processing/spreadsheets. Fieldwork/sales experience in microfinance is advantageous; motorcycle driving is preferred. Onsite role based in Kawit and Imus, Cavite, Philippines (BDO Network Bank).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any four-year or five-year degree program
- Strong selling, communication and customer service skills
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets
- Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance (preferred)
- Motorcycle driving (preferred)
