Job Summary
Account Officer 1 responsible for actively soliciting microfinance loan accounts to meet customer needs, analyzing overall loan applicants to determine feasibility of granting loans, initiating credit and collections to ensure credit quality, coordinating with concerned officers and units related to processing and servicing loan applications, ensuring adherence to bank policies, executing sales/marketing activities to achieve volume targets, attending to client inquiries, reviewing loan documents for credit processing and loan booking, and performing other assigned functions. Requires strong selling, communication, and customer service skills, basic mathematical knowledge, integrity, and familiarity with basic computer software; prior microfinance fieldwork/sales experience is advantageous. Willing to be assigned to Candon, Ilocos Sur (Philippines).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year degree course
- Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills
- Must have basic mathematical knowledge
- With high integrity
- Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets
- With fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance, an advantage
- Preferably can drive a motorcycle
- Willing to be assigned in Candon Ilocos Sur area
