Job Summary
Solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet business needs and execute sales activities that achieve volume targets. Analyze loan applicant qualifications to determine feasibility, then initiate credit and collection activities to ensure account quality. Coordinate with officers and units for processing loan applications and review customer loan files to ensure adequacy for credit processing and booking. Maintain profitability and sound credit quality while delivering good customer service. This role is on-site in the Philippines and requires a Bachelor's degree with fieldwork experience in Microfinance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year or five-year degree course / Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills
- Must have basic mathematical knowledge
- Must be able to drive a motorcycle
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets
- With fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance, an advantage
