Job Summary
Achieve loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and good customer service. Leverage strong selling, communication, and customer service skills to drive sales, utilizing basic mathematical knowledge for accurate calculations. Apply fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance to execute daily duties, preferably while driving a motorcycle. This role requires a graduate with high integrity and familiarity with computer software including word processing and spreadsheets.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year degree course
- Possesses good selling, communication and customer service skills
