Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day delivery of soft services including housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and security, while managing Food & Beverage operations for quality standards and guest satisfaction. Coordinate with technical service providers for HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems to facilitate preventive maintenance and track work orders. Establish and report on Key Performance Indicators across service lines, conduct Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with clients, and manage Purchase Orders and invoice processing. Lead annual maintenance contract renewals, serve as the primary escalation point for service failures, and design training programs for service delivery teams. Conduct regular performance evaluations for direct reports and maintain strong executive-level client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 7-9 years in facilities management, account management, or integrated services delivery
- at least 2 years in a client-facing leadership role
