Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for managing client accounts, fostering long-term relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, monitoring account performance, preparing reports and updates, onboarding new clients, and supporting business development and client retention. Strong emphasis on relationship-building, client service, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive problem-solving to drive client satisfaction and growth.
