Job Summary
Proactive and relationship-focused Account Manager to manage client accounts, support customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. Build long-term relationships with clients, manage client accounts and respond to inquiries, coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth, prepare reports and updates, assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining account records, resolve client concerns with effective solutions, and support business development and client retention efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in account management, customer service, sales, or a related role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or related tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a client-focused mindset
