Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, relationship-focused Account Manager to manage client accounts, support customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term client relationships, managing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure project delivery, monitoring account performance, preparing reports and updates, onboarding new clients, resolving client concerns, and supporting business development and client retention efforts.
