Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships, managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams for successful project delivery, monitoring account performance, preparing reports and updates, onboarding new clients, resolving client concerns, and supporting business development and client retention through proactive relationship management and strong communication.
