Job Summary
Account Manager to proactively manage client accounts, support customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities, prepare reports and account updates, assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining account records, resolve client concerns with effective solutions, and support business development and client retention efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in account management, customer service, sales, or related role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or related tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a client-focused mindset
