Job Summary
Account Manager role in Brno, focused on onboarding and training restaurant venues for participation in Wolt Ads & Wolt Promos, collaborating with partners to improve sales and conversion, managing product assortment with partners, monitoring campaign performance, and troubleshooting ad delivery issues. Requires experience in sales/account management or customer support, strong analytical capabilities to analyze data and optimize campaigns, and excellent communication to liaise with partners, stakeholders, and technical teams. Fluent Czech/Slovak and English required; hospitality experience is a plus. The role operates in a startup-like environment with evolving duties as more partners are onboarded, and emphasizes a customer-first service mindset and cross-functional collaboration with BI and technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Czech/Slovak and a communicative level of English
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer/client support
- Experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry is a huge plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
