Job Summary
Senior Account Manager for RMA Accounts in Türkiye responsible for maintaining deep customer relationships to drive account revenue retention and growth. Leads a defined book of business of large, complex accounts within Türkiye, owning pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and path-to-goal analysis. Delivers solution selling, develops account plans, articulates cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and nurtures executive relationships to drive larger, enterprise-wide contracts. Requires fluency in English and Turkish, a university degree, and extensive experience in account management and customer-facing sales within the financial services domain. The role emphasizes renewal execution, reducing cancellations, and sustaining high customer health scores, with a hybrid working model and offices in Istanbul and Dubai.

- Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization
- University/college degree
- Significant work experience in applicable industry and knowledge of customer workflow
- Account management, sales or marketing experience in a customer facing environment
