Job Summary
Identify and prospect for new customers by leveraging high volume outbound tactics, then effectively manage a pipeline to nurture relationships and close deals. Develop creative outreach strategies to drive revenue-generating efforts while maintaining accurate records of all sales activities within our CRM system. You will work the entire sales cycle for both inbound and outbound opportunities, operating as a full-cycle outside sales rep with an entrepreneurial spirit. Candidates must reside in Wisconsin for this full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Only candidates residing in Wisconsin will be considered
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in a sales role
- strong background in lead generation through cold calling and emails

- At least 1 year in a full-cycle outside sales role
- Problem-solving skills are a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications
- [Preferred] Inside Sales experience selling into Public Safety and/or Education verticals
- Willingness to dive into new projects, experiment, quickly learn from failures, and scale successful efforts
- Proficiency in Gong, Salesforce, Zoominfo, or other sales-based tools and programs
- A positive mindset, with a strong sense of curiosity and coachability
- You should be open to learning new tools, systems, and best -practices to continuously improve
- Flexibility and patience in a rapidly growing environment
- Active listening skills, with a talent for building relationships, tactfully overcoming objections, and finding creative solutions to challenges
