Job Summary
Develop and grow relationships with Eye Care Practitioners by executing strategic sales plans to increase territory revenue. Set clear objectives for each interaction based on decision-maker needs and promote Alcon's vision care portfolio using a needs-based selling approach. Collaboratively create executional plans to drive product adoption through targeted marketing initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulations. Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas by meeting call metrics for reach and frequency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs.; Assoc.+6 yrs.; M.S.)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience
