Job Summary
Account Manager at WellnessIQ responsible for managing new and existing client relations, driving engagement within wellness programs, coordinating implementation and post-launch activities, developing client management strategy, preparing proposals for system enhancements, and ensuring client satisfaction. Travel to client locations, coordinate with sales brokers and consultants, lead meetings and presentations, manage client site visits and health fairs, and maintain program performance reporting while adhering to HIPAA/HITECH guidelines. Strong communication, project management, problem-solving, data management, and customer-focused skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred; travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Customer Service experience required
- BA or BS College Degree preferred
