Job Summary
Account Manager - Wealth Management Advisory supporting/servicing client relationships by coordinating administration of fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and/or custody accounts. Partners with Wealth Management Trust Advisors, Estate Settlement Administrators, Guardianship Administrators and/or Client Advisors to handle client requests, prepare action plans and reports, oversee transaction processing, and contribute to business development and client presentations. Responsibilities include coordinating account administration for various fiduciary and custody accounts, resolving client issues, maintaining knowledge of governing documents, communicating status of requests, guiding client servicing events with the Client Support Services Team, identifying process improvements, and leveraging critical business applications (e.g., Workday). Requires excellent verbal and written communication, deep knowledge of personal trust/estate/guardian services, analytical and organizational skills, and adaptability to change. A college degree and/or relevant experience is preferred. The role operates in a flexible hybrid model between office and remote work in Chicago, IL.
Required Qualifications
- A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
- 5-7 years' experience in financial servicing or related experience/credentials preferred.
