Job Summary
Account Manager in Concord, NSW responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborates with internal teams to deliver high-quality service, monitors client satisfaction, and identifies opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Prepares and presents regular reports on account status and performance metrics; develops account strategies, stays informed on industry trends, and provides informed recommendations to clients. Required Qualifications
