Job Summary
Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and membrane systems. Conduct sample testing, deliver technical service reports, and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance customer operations. Execute account management excellence programs including service plans, value generation plans, and business reviews to demonstrate measurable customer value. Plan and communicate sustainability projects that drive water and energy efficiency while managing margin reviews, price escalations, and commercial negotiations. Maintain a healthy sales funnel to secure new, recurring, profitable business opportunities. Work safely following all EHS policies and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields, 4+ years of technical sales experience, and a valid driver's license. Minimal overnight travel with mostly day travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), preferred
- minimum 8+ years of direct experience in the field and water treatment industry
- high school education
- Chemical water & process treatment experience
- 4+ years of technical sales experience with demonstrated success in account management, revenue growth, and customer relationship building
- Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development
- A full valid driver's license
