Job Summary
Account Manager oversees one Towne Park account, responsible for financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives. Duties include managing forecasts and payroll, scheduling and timekeeping, HR activities (recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews), service management to ensure consistent guest experience, client relations and communications, identifying opportunities to grow the business, and utilizing Towne Park systems to control assets and expenditures. Requires an associate’s degree (preferred) with 2+ years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, ability to read and interpret policies, and the ability to operate with professionalism and confidentiality in a hospitality-services environment. Must have a valid driver’s license, drive a manual transmission, and pass background/MVR/drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree preferred and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Must be able to drive manual transmission
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- For insurance purposes, must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen
- Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service
