Provide quick, friendly customer service in person or by phone to assist with questions and process loan payments. Prepare loan documents, manage applications, and maintain positive relationships by keeping customers informed on their loan status. Contact clients to resolve overdue payments and partner with management to uphold branch standards and drive business growth. Occasional travel may be required.
