Account Manager

Provide quick, friendly customer service in person or by phone to assist with questions and process loan payments. Prepare loan documents, manage applications, and maintain positive relationships by keeping customers informed on their loan status. Contact borrowers with overdue payments to help them get back on track. Partner with management to uphold branch operating standards and drive business growth. Occasional travel may be required.
