Account Manager

Provide quick and friendly customer service in person or over the phone to assist with questions and process loan payments. Prepare loan documents, manage the application process, and maintain positive customer relationships by keeping clients informed on their loan status. Contact customers to help them resolve overdue payments and partner with management to maintain branch operating standards and grow the business. This role may require occasional travel.
