Account Manager

Provide quick, friendly customer service in person or by phone to assist with questions, take and post loan payments, and manage the application process. Prepare loan documents, maintain positive customer relationships, and contact clients to resolve overdue payments. Partner with management to uphold branch operating standards and drive business growth. This role involves occasional travel. Wallace Finance, established in 1980, manages small loan companies across 7 states with over 125 branches.
