Job Summary
Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of international retail and e-commerce customers across Voyado’s product offering, with a focus on strategic relationship management, commercial ownership, and customer advocacy. Responsibilities include building long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders, driving upsell/cross-sell and retention initiatives, leading strategy workshops, contract negotiations, renewals, and coordinating with Product teams to leverage customer insights. The role emphasizes ownership of administration, pipeline management, and prioritization, requiring cross-functional collaboration and the ability to balance customer success with commercial growth. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment working with SaaS products and global teams, with English proficiency and a mindset for problem-solving and continuous learning.
