Job Summary
Visionary Broadband is seeking an Account Manager to provide outstanding customer service, focusing on account changes, service upgrades, and customer retention. This full-time position entails making outbound calls to existing customers to promote upgrades and additional services.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.
- Must be available to work outside of the normal 8-5 working schedule 1-2 times per month for department meetings.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior sales/upselling experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must have computer experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Documents
