Job Summary
Account Manager for fintech/cryptocurrency clients, owning a portfolio of accounts and driving retention, renewals, and growth. You will be the primary day-to-day contact across multiple communication channels, build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, run regular check-ins and performance updates, own the retention strategy, lead contract negotiations with internal teams, coordinate cross-functional resolution of issues, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM records.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing relationship role
- Proven track record of owning contract renewals and successfully retaining a book of business
- Strong, clear, and confident communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage escalations
- Comfortable negotiating commercial terms and driving agreements
- CRM discipline with Salesforce or similar platform
- Fluency in English
