Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for acting as the primary point of contact between clients/agencies and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination and successful delivery of omnichannel digital campaigns (including display, online video, and CTV) aligned with client objectives and KPIs. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end campaign lifecycle with internal briefing, trafficking QA, in-flight reporting, post-campaign analysis, and coordinating delivery across internal teams to meet timelines, budgets, and objectives. Provide actionable insights through weekly reporting and PCA decks; maintain accurate account documentation; identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services. Collaborate with Trading, Ad Ops, Creative, Insights, and other internal teams; leverage DSPs/SSPs, Salesforce, and Tableau for reporting and optimization; strong client relationship management, excellent communication, and organizational skills required. This is a hybrid role with three days per week in the London Office (Covent Garden).
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in account management and/or client services
- experience in a media, advertising, or agency environment
- understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
- experience supporting or managing omnichannel campaigns (display, online video, rich media)
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- experience using CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce
- experience using data visualization platforms like Tableau (or similar)
- ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate into client-ready presentations
