Account Manager

Job Summary
Account Manager selling Varonis’ products and services to current and net-new enterprise accounts. Role includes prospecting decision makers, presenting to executive levels and resellers, conducting demos, creating proposals, maintaining CRM, and coordinating with Sales Managers and Channel Managers on strategy. Requires building and expanding customer relationships, following leads and referrals, participating in marketing events, and traveling as territory dictates. Remote position based in the Charlotte area; collaboration with a local Sales Engineer and team to meet annual quota.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year College/University OR 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience/training OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn technical aspects of selling
- Prior experience selling security software products through the use of channel partners
- Technology industry experience preferred
- SalesForce and Microsoft Outlook skills preferred
