Job Summary
Account Manager oversees one Towne Park account in a hospitality-driven environment, ensuring financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives are met. Responsibilities include managing scheduling and overtime, payroll and timekeeping reporting, recruitment and onboarding of associates, coaching and performance development, maintaining service standards aligned with client expectations, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving continuous improvement using Towne Park systems. Requires ability to plan and manage multiple projects, proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), strong communication across levels, and willingness to travel up to 10%. Physical requirements include lifting up to 75 pounds, long hours, and potential extended shifts. Qualifications emphasize associate degree (preferred), two years of related experience, valid driver’s license with clean driving record, and ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree preferred and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service
- Must be able to drive manual transmission
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- For insurance purposes, must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen
