Job Summary
Account Manager oversees a Towne Park account (Tier 1 or 2) delivering financial performance, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing scheduling and overtime, payroll and timekeeping, recruitment and onboarding, coaching and development of associates, and maintaining high client relations. The role requires ensuring safety and risk management procedures, understanding client service standards, and driving Towne Park’s standards while seeking opportunities for account growth. Strong communication, planning, and proficiency with MS Office are essential, as is a valid driver’s license and the ability to work extended hours including evenings/weekends. Associate’s degree preferred with 2+ years of related experience; compensation ranges from $58,000 to $60,000 annually, plus potential incentives and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree preferred and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Must be able to drive manual transmission
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- For insurance purposes, must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen
