Job Summary
Senior Product Manager – Salesforce Platform responsible for owning the end-to-end Salesforce platform vision, strategy, and roadmap across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud, with governance and execution of a scalable CRM and revenue systems architecture. Partners with Revenue Ops, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable solutions; drives data governance, integrations (HubSpot, Sage Intacct, Gong), and platform integrity; enables GTM teams, improves forecasting and pipeline visibility, and ensures timely, high-quality delivery of platform improvements. Focused on delivering enterprise-grade, unified revenue systems and driving adoption across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Salesforce Platform Management, Revenue Systems, or CRM ownership roles
- Proven success owning and scaling Salesforce in a growing or low-maturity environment
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud with familiarity across Revenue Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience integrating Salesforce with tools such as HubSpot, Sage Intacct, Gong, or similar systems
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data governance, and GTM processes
- Experience working closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or equivalent) preferred
