Job Summary
Account Manager for Travel & Tourism clients responsible for driving new business development and managing an assigned portfolio of enterprise accounts. Prospect and close complex, multi-service deals while serving as a strategic partner to clients, expanding partnerships through cross-sell and up-sell, and guiding digital transformation initiatives with AI-enabled content and technology solutions. Responsibilities include identifying enterprise prospects, negotiating contracts, coordinating with Sales Leadership, supporting implementations with Production/Technology teams, and contributing to pricing strategies and revenue forecasting. Ideal candidates will engage stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, eCommerce, and Operations, and thrive in an international, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to build, develop, and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Results-oriented and comfortable working in target-driven environments
- Analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
