Job Summary
Account Manager for Travel & Tourism focused on enterprise accounts, driving new business development and managing an assigned client portfolio. Responsibilities include prospecting and engaging travel-enterprise prospects, negotiating contracts, structuring complex multi-service enterprise agreements, expanding partnerships through cross-sell and up-sell, coordinating with Production and Technology teams for implementations, and contributing to pricing strategies and revenue forecasting. Requires excellent English communication, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and experience with CRM platforms; preferred familiarity with travel industry and digital/AI-enabled solutions. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; in-person role in West Palm Beach, FL.
Required Qualifications
