Job Summary
Own the renewal and expansion lifecycle for a portfolio of SaaS customers, driving retention, expansion, and long-term partner success. Lead Executive Partnership Reviews, develop ROI-driven renewal proposals and business cases, and pair with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Learning to ensure measurable outcomes. Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities through consultative selling and multi-stakeholder engagement, while maintaining accurate forecasting and cross-functional collaboration. This is a full-time, remote position with residence in the assigned territory and up to 60% domestic travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in renewals or account management within SaaS, EdTech, or a related software industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal, retention, and upsell targets
- Experience engaging with executive and C-level stakeholders
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience managing cross-functional projects under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 60%
