Job Summary
Account Manager Trainee at QIMA supporting the Account Manager to achieve client satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing account setup and service delivery, coordinating quotations and booking changes, supporting meetings (domestic and international), performing random audits on reports, and assisting Finance with invoicing and payment tracking. Required to communicate in English and Spanish; proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong organizational skills and attention to detail. At least one year of experience in operations or customer service is a plus. Benefits above legal requirements; performance bonus tied to KPIs. Education: Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Relations or related field. Location: Leon, Guanajuato, MX; hybrid remote work option.
