Job Summary
Conduct outbound calls and field incoming inquiries to assist customers with product recommendations, enter sales orders into Eclipse, and capture new leads in Salesforce. Perform daily outbound calling and attend assigned training to prepare for the Residential Account Manager role within one year. Develop annual territory plans, prospect new dealers, and manage relationships with decision-makers to grow sales volume and maximize equipment spend. Monitor market trends, analyze KPIs, and submit periodic reports to the Sales Manager. Requires a college degree, two years of sales experience, and a valid Class C driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Two or four year college degree
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience
- Valid Class "C" Driver's License with good driving record
- knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- capability of becoming proficient in the use of Eclipse software
- capability of becoming proficient in the use of Sales Force CRM
