Job Summary
Account Manager to cultivate existing client relationships up to Board Level for Orgvue in Toronto. Responsible for managing a $2-6 million book of business across 12-25 accounts, upselling license and services, renewals, and expanding revenue. Lead account strategy, conduct business reviews, coordinate with delivery teams, and collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns. Maintain a 360-degree view of clients,.manage contract negotiations with senior stakeholders, and drive upsell and renewals through CRM, while partnering with alliances and cross-functional teams to grow Orgvue usage and value in enterprise accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a client facing role
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and track record of achieving objectives
- Ability to travel and work independently on complex projects
- Knowledge of HR technology, organization transformation, organization design, HR processes, workforce planning
