Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for driving sales with both new and existing customers, generating quotes, fielding inquiries, guiding deals to closure, coordinating order processing, and leveraging cross-functional teams to fulfill customer needs. The role emphasizes developing and maintaining relationships with assigned accounts, managing quotas, utilizing Salesforce.com for pipeline and forecast management, conducting account planning and regular business reviews, and applying consultative sales skills, strong communication and negotiation, and the ability to engage with technical and services teams to support deal closure.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business or management, or equivalent work experience
- 1 - 3 years experience in a sales or account management role
- Understanding of ScSc solution landscape
- Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce.com, a plus
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
