Job Summary

As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of key client accounts across APAC and oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing and rewards campaigns. You’ll be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, campaign success, and commercial growth by combining strategic relationship management with hands-on project execution. This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical aptitude (CMS/platforms), analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate across creative, partnerships, tech, and customer service teams. Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, campaign management, or customer success within a MarTech, digital marketing, or agency environment
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Sitecore, HubSpot, or proprietary equivalents)
  • Understanding of digital marketing campaign mechanics and consumer engagement journeys
  • Strong analytical skills — able to interpret dashboards and campaign data to drive optimisation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across stakeholders and markets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort speaking to senior client stakeholders
  • Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced regional environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
