Job Summary
Monitor ICS services at correctional facilities, including phones, video visiting, and tablets, ensuring equipment functionality and managing repair processes. Coordinate physical equipment repairs, maintain site supply levels for tablets and earbuds, and review Enforcer and ATG Score platforms for software or account issues. Assist with virtual training for facility staff, prepare equipment for tablet distributions, and monitor circuits to create tickets with carriers for emerging problems. Apprise the Project Manager and Director of Accounts of major system disruptions. Requires two to four years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two to four years related experience and/or training
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to respond to common inquiries / complaints from customers
- Ability to coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance at all facilities
- Ability to travel
