Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for developing business relationships that build customer loyalty, maintain the customer base, and drive market growth. Identifies sales leads and qualifies prospects through cold calling, driver leads, call-ins, and referrals; builds and maintains a pipeline of new prospects, closed business, and upcoming installations to meet company objectives; delivers value-based presentations to prospective customers; works with leadership to develop marketing plans and strategy for growth; maintains key customer relationships and ensures customer satisfaction and safety; responds to RFPs in a timely and accurate fashion; maintains customer files and creates follow-up communications such as PowerPoint presentations and letters. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) and 3-5 years of sales experience, with strong organizational, communication, and independent-working skills; promotes a fast-growing, collaborative environment with opportunities for career development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- SFA – Sales Force Automation Software experience preferred
