Job Summary
Account Manager at Apex Group based in Hyderabad, India, supporting APEX Fund Services’ global Investor Solutions operations from the India Global Service Centre. Responsible for governance, oversight, and review of client/investor reporting produced by GSC teams; ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and checklists; leading training and staff development; tracking mandatory online training; promoting a risk-aware, control-focused culture; managing incidents and remediation of control gaps; driving productivity improvements and process standardization. Also responsible for client service and engagement across jurisdictions, acting as escalation point for complex queries, maintaining relationships with CRM, Product, Technology, and GSC teams; ensuring SLA delivery and escalation of exceptions; reviewing client fund documentation; communicating with investors and clients regarding transaction activity; overseeing fee and expense payments; coordinating TA deliverables for external audits; attending client meetings and supporting RFPs; liaising with Technology and Product teams to ensure adoption of TA tools.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years relevant experience in Investor Solutions, Investor Services, or Fund Operations
- Experience managing workflows and leading teams across locations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of TA functions, operational controls, and AML awareness
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and management reporting skills
- Ability to mentor, coach, and develop junior team member
