Job Summary
Account Manager, Fund Accounting for Close Ended Fund in Shanghai. Responsible for day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for Private Equity and Real Estate clients; ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory deadlines; collaborates with the team to deliver high-quality client service; reviews payments, capital calls and distributions, capital account statements, and investors’ reporting templates; may undertake reviewer duties for accounts linked to simple and complex structures. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or above) in accounting or related fields, 5+ years in fund administration or related areas, and strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and PRC GAAP; proficiency with MS Office, Oracle, and Efront. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or related majors
- Over five years of experience in fund administration, alternative asset management, and public accounting
- Solid knowledge and practice of IFRS, US GAAP and PRC GAAP
- Proficiency with MS Office, Oracle, Efront, or similar tools
